Performing Arts Center and Gym addition for Lutheran South Academy K-12 school.
On this 5th year studio (one semester) project, I focused on learning Revit Architecture. From the beginning of the design process to the outline specifications, building codes, etc., I ambitiously taught myself how this BIM program works and produced the design and documentation.
Our studio worked closely with the LSA theater director so particular design focus was given to the interior function of the theater and stage. With a very small available site footprint the goal was to add a 500+ seat multifunction theater and additional gym with supporting program spaces.
